    自制香菇素丸,让素食更加多样化,既健康又美味。

    Step 1

    将香菇先泡水至软,挤干水,切细丁备用。Soak Chinese mushroom until soften, squeeze out water and dice finely.

    Step 2

    马铃薯放入蒸锅里蒸软,去皮略压烂备用。Steam potato until soften, skin and mash.

    Step 3

    板豆腐蒸约10分钟。Steam tofu for 10 minutes, mash.

    Step 4

    把豆腐和全部材料和调味料一起拌均匀。Mixes mashed potato and tofu with all other ingredients and seasoning, shape into balls.

    Step 5

    先烧热油,用手结成圆球状,放入油锅炸至金黄色,捞起,滤油即可享用。Heat oil in wok, deep fry mushroom balls until golden brown, drain and serve.
